Did not want any problems on my birthday. What if the food arrives cold, or is missing some ordered items, or whatever? I had read enough reviews of other places, all mentioning an assortment of problems. a lot of trepidation about all this, as we are quite fussy about our food being very warm in temperature. My favorite food is seafood, and this Red Lobster is our closest seafood restaurant, so Red Lobster it was. My birthday today (5/3), and since we couldn't go out, and we couldn't invite friends over (distancing still on), we decided to order delivery. I am so glad that they have reopened, and that they care enough about their customers to make sure that the food stays hot in transit. There was so much food, that we had enough for another dinner. The table was set, the wine was poured, the candles were lit, and we sat down to a truly magnificent feast. This time, we, again, ordered two Lobster Feasts. I keep reading reviews about people getting deliveries, which are cold, and need to be reheated. We were elated, and ordered our first 2021 meal out, to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Then, in mid January, someone on the NextDoor app, wrote that they had reopened. We drove by several times, looking for some sort of hopeful sign in the window, but everything looked abandoned. in October, and it looked like they were gone for good. Then, due to the pandemic, they closed sometime. Nothing was ever missing from our order, and the food arrived delicious and hot. Last year, we ordered delivery from this (Park Place Mall) Red Lobster several times, and were very pleased with their food and service. There were even some left overs for lunch the next day ! We were very happy with our meals - much improved since our last visit years ago ! Service was also very good all during the meal ! Definitely recommending the Red Lobster at Park Place ! More We were all happy with our meals and a great price at ten dollars each for the lunch specials. Of course, they kept filling up our biscuit basket - fantastic !! The clam chowder was some of the best I’ve had since the east coast.
What did we order: popcorn shrimp w/ sides of clam chowder & fries, coconut shrimp w/ brussel sprouts & fries, and fisherman’s platter w/ cold slaw & clam chowder.

We all ordered off the lunch specials menu - entree plus 2 sides. ordered up drinks and studied the menu - they have trimmed down their menu, but still plenty of options including lunch specials.
All Covid processes were in place with social distancing and masking. It was not very crowded and we were seated right away. The three of us decided to go there for lunch. Visited Red Lobster near Park Place for the first time in years. We still have two lunches left on this gift card, and will be so looking to going back again soon. We had a most attentive server, who made sure that we were taken well care of. The portions were perfect for us, and we only took some mashed potatoes, and rice home. Did have to pay an additional $5.49 for the sea scallops, but it was worth it. We took these off the "Selection" menu, where two entrees were listed as being $23.99. My husband LOVED his flounder, and I very much enjoyed my scallops, although, I think that I do prefer them sauteed. We usually both have beers here, but on the menu, they had photos of some very cool looking drinks, so I ordered a Mojito (it was so refreshing and minty), and my husband stuck with the beer.Įverything was brought hot to the table, and was very tasty. My husband ordered the "Broiled Wild Caught Flounder" with fries, and I ordered the "Wood Grilled Sea Scallops". However, as we love seafood, any tasty seafood works for us. Very disappointed to no longer see "Lobster Roll" on the menu, as. We arrived about 1:15, and were promptly seated, and given menus.
